The item took longer to arrive but it was perfect and we’ll enjoy it for years to come. We love our Precious Moments nativity calendar. I cannot wait to use this for many Christmases to come! I even love the short book telling the story behind each piece. I am in love with this set and the quality. I purchased this for my new husband and I for our first Christmas as a married couple. Frustrating to spend that much money and have to display an incomplete set. My last communication was completely ignored, with no response whatsoever. I’ve been in contact with Precious Moments for a replacement or some resolution literally since I opened it (November 2021) and still have not received anything even though I’ve been told that a replacement was sent.
